At Murssain, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, simply go to your order section and select the return option available with your purchased item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed accordingly. Refunds are typically issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the payment type used during purchase. Please note that items returned without valid reason, signs of use, or beyond the 7-day return window may not be accepted. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Murssain reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy criteria.
